Took dad for breakfast at KFC Brackenfell and they had no coffee. Unfortunately dad wanted breakfast with Coffee and not orange juice instead. So we change venue and visited Wimpy where we got much better service.
Hope KFC will be able to fix their coffee/coffee machine problem quickly.

They do NOT answer their phone.
I went in to place an order for a take-away, costing R1400.00, gave them my collection time u0026 left my contact details. I arrived to find that my order hadn't been prepared u0026 then had to wait to find out if they could supply me with the stock they had. 2 managers u003d 2 different stories. Useless!!

I'm very disappointed with the service, at first I thought maybe they made a mistake but the second time I figured no! it's how they roll. There's always something missing in the order. Today I ordered 2 buckets for 1 and the other didn't have wings. It's just unfortunate that I noticed as I got home.

I like this KFC. Food quality is better than others. Just don't order the Very Berry krusher meal through Uber eats and expect a Very berry Krusher. You will get an Oreo Krusher instead. Great if you want a refund. Not so great when you really have a craving for a Very berry Krusher.

WOW, the service here has declined over the years and the food was really bad. Messed up a simple order had to drive back, took back the wrong order and then gave me a new order. Question, did i not get the memo...Is covid gone?

Giving them 1 star is being very generous. This is by far the worst KFC I have been to. Their service is atrocious. Charlene, one of the managers, is just rude and should seriously reconsider being in a customer-facing job. I really can't find anything nice to say about this store. Overall, it's just an unpleasant experience. Rather drive to Protea Heights... Spare yourself.
