Fairly good meal as expected and service was fine... although I got some chips with bad spots again. I asked for extra chip salt because they usually forget to give and was quickly told I already had some in the bag. Luckily I got everything this time so it was a good buy!

Worst service I have ever recieved in my life. Waited 2 hours for my food. Manager does not return my calls. Cold food. Never in my life will I order from the Brackenfell Steers again. If I could rate you in the minus I would. Bad bad bad.

My order was laying in the collection area for some time. Not sure what the hold up was. All they needed to do is pick it up and call my number and walla a 5 star turned out to be a 1 at the end.

Worse experience ever phoned in my order before i left home to collect when i got to the store food wasnt ready and waited another 30 minutes
After we ate my whole family got sick with running tummies
The next day i contacted the store and told them about my expierience and they rather told me about they procedures and that it cant be true and my son thrown up and me all got sick
The customer service is very poor and i phoned famous brands for assistance cause its not fear to us as customers to be treated like this and get sick and then the managers wants to play the blame game

Three times this Steers has closed prior to closing time. As someone who works late it's anoying when you can't even depend on operating hours. As I'm writing this review I'm going to bed hungry because they once again closed long before closing.

Poor service
Poor preparation
Poor quality
NO covid regulations apply in back kitchen was shocking.
Staff member monica not helpfull at all.
They will rather help uber eat or mr D scooter staff. Waited 2 hours for 6 burgers.
And when i asked if the burgers are still warm after they came off the rack being there more that 20min i was told yes by monica.
But i was disappointed when it was cold after i was told otherwise.

WORST fastfood restaurant in the area.

Rather support others in the area that's interested in serving the public with good quality food and better service.

The store was not even busy but the waiting time was ridiculous.

I ordered the ribs combo as well as the prince burger, then separately I ordered a plain ice-cream cone. I had to wait for 10min for the ice cream alone.

The ribs had too much sauce and were not well prepared, some parts were abit raw.
