With regards to the below i would like to thank Lize from guest relations who promptly responded to my query and provided me with great assistance!

Thank you so much!

i booked a room on the site for 1 adult and 2 kids and nowhere on the site does it say that this is not allowed. They allow the booking to go through and then mail you and ask you to cancel yet they still charge the full amount of the room? Does that even make sense?

The food was awesome. I personally like the Orange juice. The rooms were ideal for two people. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The WiFi service was also good. The staff was polite. The only thing is that they sometimes find it difficult to understand what you said because if difference in accent. Just keep calm and talk slowly if you think that they are not understanding what you said. Just enjoy your stay.

Probably the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Reception was so bad we nearly walked out. No parking despite being assured beforehand that there was parking. Concierge howling rudely from the front door when we tried to park in a space on the street, apparently it was supposed to be kept for deliveries (no signage to that effect anywhere). The restaurant service was atrocious, 1 waiter and 45 minute wait before getting an order taken in a restaurant that wasn't full at all. Staff were very rough and nevermind. Room was the smallest space I've ever had to pay for, way to cramped. Never again. The pictures they have on their site are very very deceiving!

Usually I have a great experience bit this time round i felt undermined and treated differently because I was a local. The staff treated the foreigners with more respect and friendliness than me and my friend. We weren't greeted with a smile just a demand for our ids. Every time we needed something from the secretary or security we were asked for our room key as if suspected to not belong in the hotel. I think this behaviour is really uncalled for and really unprofessional we paid the same price as the foreigners we deserve the same about of respect .

Amazing Rooftop. We were on the 8th floor so had a great balcony. And amazing view from the top. Very small rooms though which we can expect as this is heart of Cape Town.
Food was not much to our liking.
We had breakfast twice here and can definitely say the first meal is not good enough.

Great value. Awesome location, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast is very good. The room we got was spacious enough, clean and comfortable. Bathroom had been recently renewed. Very happy to have booked here.

Average service, breakfast time incorrectly communicated. Rooms are rather dated, with carpets. Towels not good quality. Room rather cramped. Demanded payment prior arrival. Not very friendly front desk. Dining area upmarket. Lifts are noisy. Wheel chair friendly. Happy hour daily 4-6pm. Free Wifi
