They replied to every e-mail and their in-store help is the best that I have experienced in Cape Town. Followed the guide on the website to the vehicle parking, so nice when cold and raining. Friendly greeting. Asked for 24 Hour Clock mechanisms and got them. Lovely to walk around and see tools used in other trades. We shall chat again. Chow

Unfortunately my experience at your shop has changed since my first few visits. I was informed in depth and detail about each product i was interested in. A lady called Tracy helped me. On my most recent visit, I was helped by the staff, including the manager who knew pretty much nothing about the products i was interested in.
I believe your prices are still fair and still stick with my star rating on that front.
I look forward to visiting your shop again and hopefully the staff has more expierence and knowledge.

Really bad after sales service and the manager has no idea how to deal with people and complaints, rude, unprofessional and sells damaged goods and then accuses the client of damaging it themselves! To bad they let go the only person there that actually cares for customer service.

Also stop throwing procedures into your clients face and actually acknowledge their complaints and care enough to look at it on a case by case basis.

Great customer service from this company. I ordered some goods online, received it promptly and unfortunately one item was missing from package. Emailed company and received immediate response from Anthea. After checking with despatch, I was called by Ian who informed me that he would be delivering my short supplied item, which he did. Well done and thank you to all.
