Situated in a nice centrum inside with lots of shops around. Outside setting is not so good and parking very cramped

The COVID nurse comes 15 minutes late and then takes his time like he doesn't have a worry in the world. When I explained that I brought all my staff on the faith that I would get served at the appointed time. I can understand delay due to performance issues but when someone just can't be bothered to be on time then that's just plain rude!!!!

Very disappointed. During a visit I left what I bought on the counter on the side of the cashier. When I walk away he did not call me back or anything. Even worse was the response of the manager when I went back after a few days. She was very unresponded and when I went back in the shop I found her on the corner of a row reading a magazine. My my my... really?!

I forgot to post the previous one but visited the shop again with my friend today. She experienced real bad service over the last year. They do not have what the prescriptions say and are in no way helpfull to get it for her. She is in heavy pain as she is diagnosed with cancer. I told her already a few times to rather go to Dischem and hope that this last incident will see her change her pharmacy. She will experience better service and empathy with her problems and also save time and gas. They did not even ask if they can call her when it arrives. No this is not acceptable!!!

We took our two boys for vacation, although it was "lunchtime " we were serve by a very friendly, professional nurse. A big thank you Carleen Peters for your Excellent service to us, much appreciated.

Terrible. The seal on my medication was broken. I had to go back and ask for the manager, upon which I was told the seal was broken in order to put in more tablets(which they did not). The "manager" is the person who assisted me. She then casually took the bottle and said she will go add more also that she tried to call me but I see no missed calls on my phone.

This was very unprofessional service and I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. I wasted so much time in addition to the extra petrol for having to come back to the store after having gone home. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Most of the times that I've been to this pharmacy the pharmacisits seem like they are half asleep or just min lus to help. This evening I went there just to get a few items and it took forever and a day and the pharmacists were very apathetic and discussing how closing time wasn't arriving soon enough and I had to keep repeating what I wanted, which again was just a few items. Unfortunately I have to make use of this pharmacy as its closest to me and would like to see an improvement in attitude from the staff here.
