Cape CrossFit Century City is an awesome place to train. The facilities are really professional, well maintained and consistently being upgraded. The coaching staff are really great and take the time to ensure people are doing things the correct way to avoid injury and set you up for success. Would highly recommend this box.

Being doing CrossFit for last 5 years, being part of CCFCC for 3 years now and must say hands down the best CrossFit box in Cape Town..

The coaches are very professional and friendly and very helpful. The vibe and people at the box is friendly and very welcoming. Highly recommended!!

Great box! Coaching is professional and detail orientated, which is exactly what you need to make progress. Members at this box are friendly and are definitely each others cheerleaders. Would highly recommend!

Excellent environment, the right amount of encouragement and all round good time while pouring with sweat. Great coaches and owners, all super welcoming and friendly. If you're looking to be part of something, make new friends or try new ways of working out, I'd highly recommend Edison way crossfit.
