Good gym. Very big and spacious. Decent views. Very well priced! Helpful staff. Equipment is generally good. There should definitely be a few signs saying please put your weights back. But yeah I'm very happy.

By far the worst Zone Fitness I've visited! I wrote a review about two years ago and decided to give them another chance, but it's actually gotten worse.
Staff is practically nonexistent and the smell of toxic masculinity constantly lingers in the air. So glad I'm moving gyms soon!

This place has become too small for the amount of people training there. If you pressed for time best you go when people are either in work or leaving. Iv been training there for some time and the staff don't like doing their jobs. There are good people there but others don't have anything to do and you can see the lazy.

I'm a normal member like everyone else and had experience chatter and rumours about me to the point where I had to set up a meeting with management.

So, if you not interested in drama, train somewhere else

My first week at zone fitness and I must Iam really not impressed for such a established gym that does not own a generator to tell clients we have to leave due loadshedding.I would understand if it would have been communicated to all clients but no email nothing to advise that they would close. really not impressed

By far the worst gym I’ve ever been to, gym etiquette is nonexistent, people leave weights on the floor and the establishment does nothing about this issue. People also hog 2 machines at the same time hence delaying once workout. A major disappointment there is only 1 squat rack and 1 deadlift space, this is the worst thing to wait for because most workout routines are built around these exercises, so get multiple squat racks and deadlift platforms.

Beautiful views and some good gym equipment. However, it’s unsafe for your personal items - my phone was stolen here. In the time I was gyming I’ve also witnessed other members phones getting missing. Besides the concern of theft, there is overcrowding during peak times and the gym gets untidy to say the least. On another matter of concern, I’ve witnessed harassment of female members from some male members which I ended up addressing - staff members were unbothered by this incident including management. Lack of security is a big concern for members safety as well as personal belongings.

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting other Zonefitness gyms and this branch is the worst!! Range of issues: Highly unsafe (consistency of theft), Staff is unfriendly, gym stinks, air conditioning doesn’t work, gym is packed in the evenings (overcrowded) to the point that it’s hard to have a decent workout, in most cases the equipment is laying all over the place and I have to actually look around the gym floor for the weights. The management and staff disregards any complaints - in particular, I was physically harassed by another gym member (male) and up until today the management hasn’t responded to my complaint of this case. Another incident - my partner’s phone was stolen here. I’ve been a member of this gym for just over a year now. This gym is UNSAFE for FEMALES and for your PERSONAL BELONGINGS. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY AND PEACE OF MIND.
