They don't read what you place on the order, clearly stating we don't want tomatoes on our pizzas, yet every time we get our order there's tomatoes on. When we call them they don't answer. Poor customer service.
Oh and the tripple decker hardly has any filling/toppings and we ordered 2. What a waste of money.

Wow, Never Dissapointed in service, Delivery and the pizza. Fresh, Nice and so much better than other pizza places. Will not order at any one else! Well done to your store! ????????????????????

Not even worth 1 star, the customer service at brighton store is totally unacceptable, screaming to clients over the phone, like what?

Debonairs Pizza needs to train their staff better, ended up cancelling my order and won't order again soon!

Pizza was good. Service was excellent as well, the pizza arrived quickly although we ordered during loadshedding. Would recommend and definitely would come here again.

I have had a very awful experience tonight with my pizza.... im a huge fan of of the large cram Decker pizza but what went wrong tonight is stil a mystery I've neva in my life tasted a pizza that bad.... im so sorry but u will miss my orders as of tonite im no longer a fan.

Brighton Debonairs has the baddest customer service ever.I came into the store,one cashier was chatting with a lady who was buying..The other cashier was busy there doing her own thing,while I was waiting to be helped...Am also in retail,customer service must be first and top priority...Your stuff must be more professional or you will loose customers.

The photo attached to this review should speak at least 1000 words. Other than that i only have three. I am disgusted! Regards, a concerned, pregnant woman! Luckily we went back and they made a fresh pizza and a 2 liter coke for free.
