With so many options available when ordering takeaways online. This Steers will never see my business again. More than half of my chips were lying outside of the 2 packets, with burgers on top.

Im very disappointed. Ordered a wacky Wednesday today and wanted only beef burgers.. When i got home i noticed I was given chicken burgers and i had been specific that i only come to steers for the beef burgers and that's what i wanted. Not happy at all. If those who give out the orders bothered to check if orders are correct before Giving them to customers you guys would avoid such mistakes. I feel so dissapointed and I feel like my money has been wasted.

Always busy on Wednesdays. Two male cashiers working very fast. Also the lady manager pitching in. Great teamwork. Food is good, always get exactly what I've ordered.

By far the most unfriendly, uninterested cashier I have dealt with in my life. Food was mediocre to say the least, service was dead slow and the 2 people after me got their food first while I was there before them a good 10mins. A steers to avoid at all cost possible

Best service yet! I phoned in my order a few minutes before I arrived and to my surprise my order was already ready. In and out in 5 minutes, what a pleasure!! And I must say I had the BEST chips I've ever had from Steers!! Well done Brighton Road, keep up the fantastic service!

Steers is a must go to for a burger. One is never dissatisfied.
