I had the worst experience in all my years of ordering meals online.
I placed an order via the website at 19h21. According to the tracker on the app the driver had left the store at 19h50. I then called the store number (twice) to inquire on the delivery(by this time it was nearly 20h20) and on both occasions I had ended up at a call centre in Jhb. They weren't very helpful as their options are limited to assist with orders.
When I checked the app again, it showed that my pizza was delivered, yet I had still not received anything.
At 21h40 the driver finally arrived with my order, which by then, I had already given up on. The driver informed me that it could not be helped and that he was the only driver working. I asked him why the shop doesn't phone and inform their customers when there is a problem, and he said I should take it up with the manager.
Needless to say, I refused to take the pizza and sent him on his way.
I am completely disgusted with the way they handle their business, there is little or no customer service at all. They have to do a serious overhaul of their management or have better staff training implemented.
