The service at this hospital is absolutely horrible. Came in at 9:00 only got to see a doctor at 00:00. My son had a seizure. The staff is unfriendly as well as the security. They also have absolutely no communication between doctor/nurse and patient. This is genuinely the worst place ever. Would not even recommend 1 star

Just a thank you to the ladies in ward D(kamer 1) for being very helpful, compassionate aswell as understanding during my stay from 26Aug-2Sept.

We don't always get to say thank you to them for being there and helping and even going the extra mile ,although I came in for something painful they ddnt add to it but tried there best to make the stay comfortable while I recovered.

A huge thankful as I am grateful to the Doc assisting me, the nurses and evens the ones that has to attend classes after working a Nightshift.

Really appreciate everything you ladies did, hope they get to read this.

A happy Womans day to the beautiful women today.
A special shout out to all the wonderful staff of Eersterivier Hospital who assisted me yesterday especialy the surgeon

The security personnel were quite helpful but i’m truly disappointed with the turnaround time. Brought my girlfriend in at 20:45 into the emergency unit and she only got a doctor at 22:45 who only said he would be with her soon and went on to chat with colleagues until after 01:00. If you can go elsewhere, I recommend doing so.

my advice is .
time is money its beta to rather use money to go for a private doctor.today 09 june 2022 l came with my wife 1pm in the afternoon and l left 23:40 mid night without being served.what a regret.
poor service eerst river its beta to close you are totally useless

This hospital needs to look at their turnaround time when attending to patients. As a mother i walked in at 5pm and at 12am mid night im still not helped. I went home sadly with my child whom was suffering from a broken nose. We where hungry, tired, cold and the waiting rooms benches was extremely uncomfortable. I returned the next day but worried all night about my daughter. Its really bad!!!!, i understand there are other patients with an emergency but if i didnt have an emergency i would not be there. I am very disappointed

Still surprised at how poor our state institutions are run. Went for Covid test at 9 , at 10:30 I was told im not 40 or older so i cant be tested.
