To be honest I dont know if this encounter was with the manager or the supervisor but the lady with the glasses has really nasty manners, never smiles and she doesnt know how to speak to customers properly

Eersterivier Mr. Price is solid I use to go shop at canal walk or waterfront to get some decent clothes but I didnt have to they had all my clothing preferences????. Highly recommend this Mr. Price to anybody. Ironically the clothes was not even that pricy.

I would give a 0 if I could ,I visited the store 7th July and asked the cashier ,Bianca I believe is her name, to check on system if a different store has a particular shoe in stock in my size .Bianca's response to my request was she could carry out my request because she would then have to reboot the computer and other customers would have to wait.Keeping in mind that I'm also a customer who just purchased a few items and there was also not a single customer waiting in line with 2 other open tills.As someone who also works in customer service I'm disgusted by the lack of service and there is clearly room for training.

So I went in the store on Tuesday and I'm sad to say the shop layout with clothing items it's not cool it is just so confusing, further no problems with the store.

Clean. Have a lot of variety. Customer service are good. Staff always willing to help.
