Super fun hike, a little steeper from the Fishoek side but easily manageable. Great views of False bay and all the way to the Atlantic coast.

Really awesome spot, I do it often. I can get up and down in an hour which is convenient on work days. The views are brilliant.

An easy hike up Elsie's Peak will give you a panoramic view of Fish hoek and Simonstown down below. There aren't any wonderous sites up the peak, but one can exoect gorgeous views.

Dogs are allowed and many locals take their pooches out for a stroll.

A map clearly shows the route. We climbed from Glen Cairn's side over and came down at Fish hoek. We took the exit to Fish hoek and made our way round the peak at the bottom next to the ocean.

About a 2-3 hr walk. With fresh breeze and great views. Pack for all seasons as the weather can change from hot to windy in minutes.

A little bit of a “hike” but nice trails! At the top???? Worth it all!

I love this hike. The views are fantastic, very windy at the top when the South Easter is blowing but that's expected. I wish there was more signage for people who don't know the route.

An amazing hike with awesome views. The mole snake caught us off guard but was harmless and we still managed to enjoy every part of the hike.

The first section of the hike has a bit of steps but the hike flattens out closer to the top.

Elsie's Peak. An easy walk up for young and old. First time for me, but what breathtaking views once you're at the top! It can be used for trail running as well as it's quite a quick walk as well. Always hike in groups, never alone for safety purposes.
