The building and surrounding parking is kept clean and the main area fountain sometimes work, but it seems like they stopped trying and is now only focused on catering for the locals that still go there for groceries. It would not surprise me to find out that the specialty shops revenue is going down. Another sad part is that we are at a point where a mall charge for entry to the public restrooms, I understand that it might be to curb vagrancy, but there are better ways then charging for it. We now drive past this mall to go to another, I would rather go somewhere else then here.

I like my malls small so this means it scored an extra star, I don't like malls so this means it lost a star. But as malls go this one is good. Plenty of parking. Clean. Basic but great shops such as Clicks, PNA, PEP, Madagascar, Specsavers, Checkers....there is also a barber, a biltong shop (great chili biltong), a lovely pet shop with super staff and service, etc.

Best place to shop if you don't want to feel crowded. If you are feeling hungry, stop by Gordon's Bay Cafe. Great food, great staff. Best place to eat

Love our little mall. Always clean. Restrooms are very well taken care of as well.

The Mall and it's tenants are perfect. The Checkers is always well stocked and service is fast and friendly. The coffee shop is also brilliant. However, their bathrooms are shocking. You pay to enter the bathroom section, but the male bathrooms are not in a good state. Tap missing off vanity, dirty walls and floors. Cubicles without any toilet paper in, dust piled up in extraction vents....this is not acceptable if you are charging the public to access your bathrooms. Your toilet facilities is an overhead cost that is covered in your general facilities maintenance costs. Therefore if you want to charge people to make use of it, then it should be maintained to 5 star levels and staff should not be standing around chatting in BOH areas and not attending to their work.

I love this little village mall, the parking renovations really didn't impress me though, no sign up and once you go in, you are stuck. I didn't go back for about 2 weeks, went there last week, parking reno still going but it was quiter. I went mid day. I reckon or should I say hope it will be done in 2 weeks. A notice board would be handy. Other then that, it's has all you need to do a one stop park and shop.

Sufficient parking available, I was able to go in and out of the shops with ease.
