I'm staying at this place for 3yaers now ,but it like the management are now failing this nice place, 3have 2months the gate is not working no security during the day the is just open every day that's not safe at all ,you need to change that old caretaker she is doing nothing but distory that beutfull place ,we are paying to stay here but it seems that ,you don't care,no no

Parking is a problem. Not enough. Especially for visitors.. bit confusing too. Safety also a very serious concern for tenants, especially relating the stairs.. not much safety on the stairways on 2 u0026 3rd floor. Its very risky taking the chairs. Body corporate need to look into improving the safety of the chairs urgently.. its defnitely not child friendly, and a lot of kids dwell around the place.. very tidy, nice living space, nice greens, safety the main concern though. Pls attend to it.

Great place. However during the summer at night, mosquitos are a HUGE PROBLEM. So a person literally has to keep ALL WINDOWS closed after a certain time. So bad

It seems like a safe complex where the host must open for their visitors but l did not see the reason for the security guard there.
