This is a really cool place for kids and adults alike. We went to a party for kids and they are engaged with the kids. Have games for them to play and who would have thought that rock climbing could be so much fun. The gear is in good nick and they follow basic safety procedures and are there to assist and play with the kids. The cost of the experience is good and will have the kids wanting to come back for more. They do not just cater for kids but adults as well.

What an exciting sport! Extremely friendly staff, knowledgeable and helpful. The other members are encouraging and the atmosphere's great. Monthly cost is really low and worth every cent.

No belay partner? One of the friendly staff is always willing to assist. Recently launched a small shop, if any of you are in need of some new gear.

Really friendly staff, had a good few climbs here. Good sports climbing available. But not a place to come daily. The bouldering is not the best, seldom does the route change. Also the safety mattresses should really be of better quality and they need more coverage. Fractured my foot bouldering here by falling on concrete paving.
Also unsure of the cleanliness of the place. No visible extraction fans and visible mold in the corners of the facility. Holds don't seem to be washed either, or at least not regularly enough in my opinion. There is also a gym here, just very small and hidden in the back of the bathrooms where there is no working lighting.

I would have rated this 0 stars had the staff not been so friendly and made my experience very enjoyable given the facility's limitations. This place has great potential, they must just get into a motivated, consumer orientated mindset.

Experienced, helpful staff. The facility is really awesome for us newbies. My kids birthday was a lot of fun.
I would suggest the acquisition of a trestle table an urn and a microwave for the birthday partiers.

Good layout ranging from easy climbs with ropes to experienced free climbs with overhangs. A bit expensive for a single climb pass, but competitively priced for memberships.
