This is the best Mc Donalds I've been to, friendly service freshest lettuce and tomato alongside chips that doesn't taste like yesterday.

It shows trading hours from 7-10am... MOST mornings you are lucky if they are open.. They open around 7.30am -7:40am if the staff feels like it. Then you have to use the drive-thru as well even though you came walking ????????????

I always like visiting this McDonald's. I feel like you can actually taste that the food here is fresher than buying from some other Mcds, specially the breakfast. The service is also great, there is a little room for improvement as it depends on who is serving you at the counter, and at times they only have one till open. The familiar faces do a great job at serving you with a smile though...

Really bad service. Staff not friendly and not helpful at all. Waiting forever for the food. Do yourself a favor and drive up the road to the Tygervalley McDonald's.

This McDonald's just keeps on disappointing. Service is always exceptionally slow and excuses comes automatically as "i'm sorry". Drive-through actually means sitting in your car waiting for 15 minutes for your order and eventually walking in and fetching your cold food. Its a pity this local small neighborhood mcd's just cannot get it right. I have decided to no longer support the brand. I am afraid there are more options of takeout in CT with excellent, competent service and good value for money.

You should be able 5o give a 0 rating. The order is never correct, even if you make the same notes on the instructions EVERYTIME. They don't take responsibility and they just could not be bothered at wasting your money. Just shut down already. It may be making money but it's definitely not operating well.
