Bad quality flip flops, second pair of mine that broke. Definitely not worth the price and they refused to replace it within warranty because I had to do a temporary fix when it broke

I needed to exchange a pair bought for my daughter as a Christmas present but had lost the receipt. Even with them tracing my one sale of x2 pairs on the 19/11/2021, they would not exchange the pair bought on the 20th because of no proof. Gave the brand new pair to them to keep as they def.need it more than me !! What a horrible experience.

I have been to this store countless times in the last few months but the style and size that I need is never in stock. I am always encouraged to "come back next week as we are expecting new stock". Additionally, customer service is non existent and clearly not very important to Havaia as I have left my number as many times with the promise of being called back during the week and this has never happened once....

I wear haviannas every day, I’ve gone up table mountain in them and really love a good flip flop. The store has a large selection of colours and types of haviannas. Huge benefit is the 6 month warranty, cashed it in twice and it was done very quickly and they sorted me out. The staff are friendly and the store has a great look and feel in general.

The best service i received , i lost my receipt since we have been on lockdown i thought my Guarantee would not work but the guys at Waterfront made it happen.
I got a new pair ???????????????? .
