Always have a good experience. Mr and Mrs Jayvees are very helpful, friendly and easy going. My niece's piercing was done here 10 years ago. My 3 month old baby's piercing was done 2 months ago. Went quick and healed very well! Will definitely go back and recommend!

I take my whole household's watches here for batteries and repairs, but they messed up my favorite G-Shock watch for a simple battery replacement. I will never go back here again. I had to pay someone R400 for a repair/service, as not even the dials wanted to turn. On completion, the owner at Jayvees told me that the watch wont be waterproof/resistant any longer, as they had to force the seals open? He even inserted the inside of the watch upside down in its casing. My advice.. Empower yourself and Youtube how to replace your batteries yourself, get a few batteries and buy the required tool if needed, rather than let the so claimed 'professionals' fix it, and mess up your hard worked for things.

My daughter was afraid to pearce her ears, but the gentleman really put her at ease. Thank you for your amazing and friendly service. You even put the Parrot away , because my daughter was so scared. Thank you very much ❤️
