Popped in to sign up, there was no sales staff. It's been 2weeks waiting for a follow up.
The receptionist Uwais was great.
Facilities are average. Seems like the convenience out weighs the quality. Rather disappointing.

Service is super pathetic and outrageous, not even managers or anybody with high positions can do their job properly they just tell you what you wanna hear. Been two weeks still waiting for feedback everytime I get promised someone will call me back, mind you this has been going on for months. Never switching over to discovery would be such a nightmare then That come with millions of excuses, regret joining them ever if I could give you zero stars I would. Not even sure how you still open for business with such lazy people and lousy service! Mxm Ridiculous people in charge just take your number but never get back to you

The first day was rough as there wasn't support staff available to assist me and it put a damper on my experience but I must say the Zumba classes on Saturday made me love this gym.

Pool water icy cold. Swimming classes in winter for my toddler and water is cold. Please do better.

Morning aqua arobics class is fire... Tuesday and Thursday nights also has a class as of April 2022... From 6

They could do with some additional fans upstairs by the stationary bikes
It gets quite hot over there
And improvements to the showers would be a nice touch
