Great vibe, great food, cheap drinks! The prefect combo for an afternoon or evening out with friends.

Absolutely loved the option of fries and the jagger bomb that comes as a set of 2. The staff was also very friendly and quick!

Great burgers and great beer. Prices are a bit higher than average but it's worth it. Good service.

Jerry's has a very upbeat and fun atmosphere, yet you find yourself relaxing as soon as you step in. It's the friendly and fun barmen and staff, it's the cold beers and DAILY cocktail specials, it's the DELECTABLE food/snacks, it's the music playing low enough that you can talk to the person next to you, but loud enough that you can start twerk competition!

I 100% recommend Jerry's no matter the occasion, cause my first impression was made while I was on a solo date, noticed quite a few people were comfortable enough to do solo dates there as well. So that already tells you a lot about how safe and comfortable it is there. Also. Order the Popper's when you need a snack and thank me later!

Ordered a craft beer, arrived and was flat and had to be replaced!
Starters were nice, mains were a complete disaster!
Our whole experience was tarnished by a complete lack of attentive u0026 unfriendly staff! Anik our waitress needs to find a new profession. Service was disgusting u0026 probably one of the worst we have had in Cape Town! We’ve eaten at the Blouberg branch u0026 I cannot believe the difference in the food quality and staff attitude.
My burger patty was raw u0026 completely uncooked, I ate what I could because I was hungry.
Spoke with Marshal their manager and he did what he could to assist. He mentioned the main would be removed from the bill and it wasn’t! I asked him why and he mentioned the owner Gavin told him not to.
So it’s fine for the staff to walk around giving out free shooters to customers however when the food is uncooked u0026 disgusting you get your customers to pay for it?!
I was told by Gavin the owner that I was the one that had the issue, and he was unwilling to rectify the situation.

It’s amazing how customers get blamed for a complete lack of service; poor food and shocking attitude by non other than the owner himself. Gavin your arrogance is more than revealing and I honestly hope that you come down to earth with a rude awakening!
Do not support this franchise they do not care about their customers!

Pretty adequate burger joint, had good portions and a nice atmosphere bit the burger was a bit plain after a few bites but the chicken tenders had some life to them. Bathrooms were a bit used but you can live with it. Pricing wise it's not bad but for observatory they do I have some price competition, but they do have happy hour around late afternoon to the evening so overall if your looking for a bar-like place with good food it's a decent spot

First time visit in the heart of the vibey Observatory (Obz) as the locals say. Ordered a half ribs and wings with fries and a side dish of chicken strips. Wings crispy and spicy and ribs just falls off the bone. So so good. Had a berry waffle, which was too big to finish.

Just my kind of vibe.. Enjoyed the burger but the beers were more to the expensive side, nonetheless I had a great time.
