The food I received was fresh and tasty but I didn't receive everything I ordered and paid for. This often happens if you don't check your entire order before you leave. The rounder burger fillet was also smaller than usual and only partially covered the bun.

So far so good with Soneike KFC. I definitely have to rank it higher than KFC Bellville and KFC Kuilsriver. The food is always on point. Up until now, I have not received an undercooked or an overcooked piece of chicken. The chips always looks like it is fried in new oil. I have never received a brown-brown chip or one with black burnt ends. Even the most standard burgers come out different. I only had an issue with the under-gravy or little gravy mash. It is a bit drier than the ones from other KFC's. But, this could be my preference. The wraps are standard but in the past or at other KFC's you can get one piece of chicken in an entire wrap. This one is nicely packed with chicken. My daughter claims that they make the best chicken nuggets. Again, for me it is standard. Maybe they pay more attention to detail. But, they deserve my rating.

So we went back to KFC Soneike and got the same result as last time. We tried the zinger nuggets and they are very tasty. The fam scored it high all around and the colonel sauce was a counter balance for the mild spicy heat.

We ordered on the Mr D app and spesifically chose not to have any sause on the burger, but we received a burger with sause on both sides of the bun! Why give you the option to exclude something if it is not provided like that! Very unhappy with the service as this is not the first time!

Food is always fresh.
They get orders incorrect a tad too often, but other than that good food and friendly service

Card machine doesn't work and no ice cream. Put a notice up BEFORE the driver gets to the drive-thru.

Good evening

Check your till slip before you leave the KFC branch at Soneike in Kuilsriver.

The service ambassador, Nosicelo, rang up R2 for Hope without asking the customer.

Still no feedback from the KFC Social Media Account.

How many other customers have been caught with this random R2 order on their till slip?

This is really unacceptable.

All of the food was very fresh and delicious to be honest, but the "Large" chips was basically a small portion. Other than that really nice
