I rate this place ZERO. Had my budgies nails clipped there today and their nails were bleeding profusely. The blood was dripping from their feet. The staff were not bothered and didnt even show concern. When I asked, I was just told that it will stop soon. An hour and half later still bleeding and the one budgie had his foot up in the air, of course it was to painful too stand on.
I am disgusted to say the least!!!!

Hi I really don't go into the pet shop, but next door where they cut key and sell locks, but pet shop looks well sorted.

Nice people, good service but they are ridiculously expensive with every thing and their stock is limited and kinda force you to buy the bigger more expensive items

Aisles not properly open for easy walking and the guy behind the counter doesn't seem too friendly. Prices are not too bad.
