Quality of the food really gone down.Very disappointing especially for the price one pays.Got a measly piece of chicken on a sloppily prepared bun

I previously rated you guys a 3 starts but that was last week when I was there , I was here kn Saturday and again today , old rolls and gasless drinks , waiter says that the lemon kills the gas in a tropical sunset

Anyway service was bad once again. Manager said he will make another tropical sunset. Drink came back the same , the service is just terrible this used to be my go to place but I don't think so anymore.

The place is very noisy with the kitchen staff the main culprits, totally unacceptable. The young ladies that served were polite and well reserved. The front door is a disaster everytime it is opened or closed, I am disappointed.

The new renovation looks nice and is more spacious. Staff are still so friendly and helpful. Will visit more often now. We'll done

Food was great but not the service, I stood in line for almost 10mins(no one in front of me), whilst they were busy sorting something out without telling us why we had to wait...or asked us to please be patient..

Bought hot pot and rasberry cooler and wedges...the bottom 2 wedges in the bowl were mushy and yuk. The raspberry drink was too sweet . I enjoyed the hot pot veri much. Thanks nandos
