Its a hectic time in life as it is and then on top of it all you guys dont adhere to the rules of closing before 11 you over crowded and your club is a breeding ground for tge virus not to mentionthe lack of social distancing so i am reportibg this to the right people

I honestly never enjoyed my birthday at your venue Saturday. I kept begging for waiters since I arrived because I wanted to order food for the table and order drinks for everyone. They kept telling me someone will be coming and no one pitched. When I eventually caught the attention of a waiter he said the kitchen was closed.

You mentioned about a bottle of champagne and candles etc which I never got. However, someone mentioned to me that there was a time when someone from Livingroom was looking for me later during the night. However, that time I was already upset because I promised my guest something light at the venue and drinks (which never happened) that I rather left. Literally no one came to check up once.

I ride a bike and they refused to let me in due to my jeans... Ridiculous! And I was told by my mates inside they had to wait hours for there orders.

Unbearably hot, packed and smoky! As a non smoker, I literally couldn't breath. Disgusting sticky floors. Miserable experience.
