I am not surprised by how many 5 star ratings this hospital has received. They definitely live and breath 'customer satisfaction'. From the staff that are at the doors when you walk in, in the halls and lobbies to the nurses, service and admin staff.. I registered to give birth at this hospital and with that I was treated to a free antenatal class at the hospital. They had a line of guest speakers come in to educate us on some important points we walked away with a massive baby goodie bag, full bellies and invaluable information. Well done Bellville melomed on excellent service!

The staff is so friendly and helpful, they genuinely care about the needs of patients. They are all very pleasant and I did not even feel like I had been in hospital. Best hospital I have ever experienced. After being admitted to ICU, they took such good care of me. Forever grateful Bellville Melomed. Keep up your fantastic attitudes... Candice De Wet

The staff made me feel so at home. Hearing the nurses sing at 7am so beautifully, and taking care of my every need. Even getting me dessert when I woke from surgery and checking in on me in the early hours of the morning. Thank you for such a pleasant stay and for your hospitality. Thank you to each and every nurse and doctor I encountered that treated me with such kindness.

What a great team this hospital has, everyone working there is friendly and gives a good customer service. The reception staff are the best, they always give 100 good service. The only negative feedback I have is around the fact that the ENT specialist had booked too many patients for theatre, my son was the last and he only went onto theatre at 14:30. To starve a 4year old that long was very frustrating for me, especially because you can't even give him water or anything. But the rest of my experience was fine.

My family and i had a great experience at Melomed Bellville Hospital, from the first floor receptionists to the third floor ward and theatre. We acknowledge and appreciate the kindness and friendliness of all staff members. Great work! "saving life with care"

Pediatric ward staff were amazing, very friendly, the food was just as nice. My daughter really liked the pizza. The referral between Dr's is really good to make sure all aspects are checked to find correct results for your kind.

The Surgical Ward Staff, specifically Sister Makarie and Nurse Smith and the other Nurse which were on night shift at Room D.

Gave me the best experience and made me feel very comfortable. Checked up during the night, I hate needles and they handled me so gently and with care.
