The food was good, can't fault on the recipe. Since my last review on the service at McDonald's, it has improved, I did not wait too long for my food... the Atmosphere is simply busy and people waiting for their food.... would call it vibey.. If petrol wasn't so expensive, I would have chosen the drive through instead.

The service even though there was a queue was great, the lady at the front assisted me with great patience and very friendly. She took me through all my options on the ordering machine without myself feeling rushed to make a quick decision. Thank you for the patience it goes a long way!

Is this a big mac? Was I supposed to request sauce on my burger? What's a girl got to do to get some salt on her fries.. come on now???????!!!

Your drive thru is slow in general compared to other Mcdonalds but today was just ridiculous. Finished my whole 30min lunch break while standing there and my office is 5mins (by car) from your shop????u200d♂️ The queue wasn't even long when i got there...2 cars ahead of me but i might as well have gone inside because im sure i would have been done much faster than the drive-thru????

My husband ordered as usual through the order box and we always sit down. My Cuppucino is always with a cup but the lady at the coffee bar throw it in a foam Cup I went to her explain it her she put in a normal cup insaid Thank you and she didn't respond looking unhappy but they brought the food to us. I was not happy with the service. I will go to N1 City like inuse to go there.

not punctual at all, left us out in the cold while waiting to open 30 minutes past the open time. the excuse was they're waiting for the manager. Don't go here it would be a blessing to see this McDonald's shut down. the area is better without it.

I been a customer since 7 years ago and Saturday I have experienced the worst service. My son didn't feel too good so I took him to his favourite place which is McDonalds Kuilsriver. I come buy meals by McDonalds Kuilsriver every Friday and nowhere else. Never have I waited more then 52 minutes to be exact. I had to go and ask the waiter who helped me at the desk where my meal is at and the people at the back packing the bags of meals screamed my meal I ordered he was so hungry and for impatient . Please guys up the standards. I'm very dissapointed,I don't know whether il support yous ever again and to top it off the chips didn't even taste like it suppose to. I could not turn around coz he we were on our way home in traffic.
