McDonald's Maitland Drive-Thru

I just ordered a meal and the packaging arrived with dirty areas and filled with salt all over. thw cooldrink had a ditry container on the outside and the fries were less than usual. Tried calling McDonald maitland and their number does not exist. i need refund or something because this is the worst

I seriously don't understand why your doors are still open..list of things not available today:
Chilli cheese fries
Ice cream
Milkshake
Oreo
Large cups, can we give you coke in a medium and small to equal a large??
Oh sorry, we have Large cups, just no lids...don't they go together???? Blank looks...
And Coke Zero..so I have to pay R2.50 per drink for sugar tax...
And questioning the cashier, the manager just stared at us and made the mxm sound...customer service is putrid and NON existing
It's my daughter's birthday and all she was wanted was chilli cheese fries...VERY dissapointed...

Waited in the drive-through for nearly 20 minutes to receive my order. Branch seams understaffed and under supplied. No jalapeno sauce and no gherkins for my chill cheese quarter pounder burgers. Not the first experience at this branch where speed in concerned either. Something's got to change.

Every single order is wrong. Don't believe me, buy anything, if the food is not reheated, it is cold, if the burgers aren't soggy then they forget the sauces. When the drive through isn't working, it take one customer to storm through and all other customers in store now have to wait. Last night the drive thru was closed, we placed an order at 18.57. We received cold fries with our burger meals as well as the chilli cheese fries frozen. We had to wait another 15 mins for our order after 6 ppl that were served via the drive through that was closed when we arrived, have now gone. 45mins minimum for a take away from this McDonald's from my personal experience. This is NOT the first time. I buy McDonald's everyday.

Service was slow. They had no fruit juices at all specially for the kiddies meals. They had no beed patties for the beef big mac, ended up just getting chicken coz we had no choice. The chicken patties were so gross. Doesn't even taste like meat at all. Oh and they HAD NO KETCHUP!!!! WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!

I went to the toilet in this MacDonalds. The urinal was out of order and the only toilet was blocked because it couldn't flush properly. It was clearly not a new problem. Management just couldn't care less. The automatic door at the entrance was also broken.

Absolutely disgusting! Toilets are filthy and extremely poor service. Waited 20min for 3 cheeseburgers and there was only 2 customers in the restaurant. Food was ice cold by the time we received it. Don't waste your time or money.
