Going to this petrol station is one of those experiences that will thoroughly spoil your otherwise great day.

Cindy the manager is extremely and perpetually rude. Shame for the staff that needs to work under her supervision. I used to come here frequently which is not going to happen again. I regret having tipped the petrol attendant R10 in order for the manager to show such a terrible and absolutely unacceptable behaviour right afterwards.

Forecourt service is virtually non existent. I complained to the manager but got the distinct impression that I wasted my breath. About a week later gave them another try, and lo and behold, pump attendants once again couldn't care a dingo's kidney about giving good service. I left and filled up somewhere else.

Was the most conveniently situated petrol station. Unfortunately it was closed down... had some great staff...

Were standing in the queue to have my vehicle wash until another vehicle pulled up a whole hour after me and get wash spoke to the managers but unfortunately they say first come first serve doesn't work for them

This review is strictly for the convenience store: If you plan on stopping to get something to eat that isn't Steers, I'd suggest you stay away. A packet of noodles costs R7.50, 55g of Nik Naks costs R8, their koeksisters (which are subpar) is R5 for one. ALL the prices are inflated as hell at this store. There are so many stores out there that aren't even close to these prices. I kid you not, the monster/lucozade (I can't remember which one), is around R27. How is that even close to acceptable? It's one thing to go through tough economic times, but these prices are far from what it should be. Convenience store you say? Convenience my a**. The only reason this doesn't have 1 start is due to the person working at the till being extremely friendly.

Very friendly staff at neat u0026 tidy filling station. I have been a patron for a few decades and love the reliable service.
