I am very happy with the service that I got at Northern Aquatics Bothasig. Waleed build me my tank and it come out perfect. They really went up and beyond to take in my needs and to keep me happy and gave me advice and the after sales service is tops! I highly recommend anyone in the fish hobby to go and visit the store. The prices are great and the staff are all very helpful and super friendly.Very happy client here!

One of the best places to buy our pet fish from. Tanks are always clean and the fish honestly look very well taken care of. Friendly and helpful staff! Definitely recommend this place. Excellent service

Can’t recommend this store enough. We’d bought 2 goldfish from a large chain store and both died within 24hrs. The staff at Northern Aquatics tested our water (it was perfect) and helped us out with some new goldfish. The staff explained potential issues that may have caused the fish to die and gave us a lot of useful information while maintaining a cheery and friendly attitude. As new fish owners, we experienced some troubles stabilizing the tank and the staff were beyond amazing in helping us fix the problem.

Our fish are happy and healthy and cost us half what the large chain store charged us. We’re looking at adding some live plants to our tank and wouldn’t consider going anywhere else.

Service was good. Staff are helpful. Fishes are expensive but you might be able to discuss a deal if you buy 4 or more
