Awesome service, store and coffee. Couldn't have asked for better. So very helpful. Went the extra mile. Please please keep it up and don't change. Humble down to earth staff. Excellent coffees and teas. Even grind the coffee at no charge.

Love peacock teas, especially the fruity and herbal ones. The shop is well stocked but also has a lot of other tea and coffee items - machines, cups, etc.

Wish I could comment on the coffee but after standing at the till for 5min, I was not acknowledged, the staff continued to chat amounst themselves... Not great service.

Always friendly, helpful staff who you can build relationship with and remember you whenever you return. Very pleasant experience whenever we get our beans from them and they are so friendly towards our little ones too. Beans are well priced and great tasting. They KNOW what their talking about. They can grind the beans for you if you need. Overall always a joy to visit and worth the trip.

What a stunning coffee shop just to go and sit and relax.
The staff is the best .friendly and helpful.
The manager Joe ann is great.

Terribly disappointed. Me and my friend had tea here today. We ordered two red espressos, I asked for milk, my friend for ice. When we left, we were charged for the prices of red lattes, not for espressos, which was much more expensive. When I confronted the waiter, she informed that there was no such thing as an espresso on the system, that is why it showed lattes on the till slip.i then showed her that the espresso was listed on the menu, and was considerably cheaper. She then said that it is because I had milk! So we had to pay for 2 lattes, because I requestd milk with the espresso. Was very disappointed. Ended up paying R69 instead of R44.

Purchased a defective mokka pot, when I returned it I was not granted the option to receive a refund and yet the only other mokka pots in the same price range are also poorly made. I was told I can only receive a store credit that has to be used in 1 purchase. The manager is incredibly unreliable as she is not dealing with my query and is unwilling to provide me cash back as is a right in terms of the consumer protection act.
