Staff very helpful and friendly but sadly to say the doctor very, very rude to all the clinic visitors. We can only go to the clinic with an appointment but when you got more than one pain, he don't listen to you. Why can't we have more doctors or rotated doctors by clinics. We don't want a rude doctor at the clinic????????????

The phones should be ripped out..! Useless devices costing the government millions on line service fees! Please change the website to Walk in only.. Sorry to say if you can't walk either.. U will have a serious problem.. Try phoning the morgue to pick up ir dead body in a few days time!

The nurses and security are very rude. We stand outside and when our names are called we cannot hear them. They speak to us as if we are animals. The poor old people must stand outside especially when it rains. Totally disgusting. I had to see doctor but they gave me medication instead and when I asked why am I not seeing doctor, the guy just said NO but in a rude way.

Made an appointment via the WhatsApp Appointment System.. My appointment was for 10am.. I got out there after 3pm. A mix up of folders.. we waited outside for most part of the day with some people being skipped etc. Short staffed yet helpful. I eventually got the help I needed, and walked out there happy.. despite waiting from 10am to 3pm

For my first time going there i didn't have a bad experience at all. Yes, indeed its a long day but you must mentally prepare yourself for it. We have the privilege of having government facilities where it doesn't cost anything and should be grateful for it. I have lived overseas and you don't have this privilege as everything has to come out your pocket. The only disadvantage is the waiting period and maybe a little disorganized when its your first time. The dr who helped my mother was very nice as well as the nurse. The only thing that really takes time is the waiting of medication, Perhaps they need to change the way the order goes for medication as i saw some patients complaining how long they had to wait and had people who came after them getting their medication before them. Perhaps they could implement a calling number strategy vs taking the files of a box. Hopefully they can just get a little more organized, but overall the place is clean and cant complain much about anything.
