For my first time going there i didn't have a bad experience at all. Yes, indeed its a long day but you must mentally prepare yourself for it. We have the privilege of having government facilities where it doesn't cost anything and should be grateful for it. I have lived overseas and you don't have this privilege as everything has to come out your pocket. The only disadvantage is the waiting period and maybe a little disorganized when its your first time. The dr who helped my mother was very nice as well as the nurse. The only thing that really takes time is the waiting of medication, Perhaps they need to change the way the order goes for medication as i saw some patients complaining how long they had to wait and had people who came after them getting their medication before them. Perhaps they could implement a calling number strategy vs taking the files of a box. Hopefully they can just get a little more organized, but overall the place is clean and cant complain much about anything.
