I ordered food yesterday after having a hectic day and the food I received was terrible. The burger patty's were salty and burned. And the chicken was super dry and hard, it was meant to be lemon and herb but to my surprise no lemon and herb, just salt and pepper. Money well wasted.

Have had good experience with all steers but this one is the worst. Being my favorite stop when am travelling l feel discouraged now because of this branch. The management is just poor no customer service knowledge at all. She was sitting in front when l wanted service. Waited 10 minutes for a lady to come from the back. Only to be told if am having only 2 ice creams l can not swipe l have to pay cash; and l asked what could be the reason and the lady said its the managers rule. I tried to get the managers attention but she ignored. Management like this are the reason why most franchisees are falling its not about Covid but people wants to feel the worthy of spending their money.

Customer service was decent, as I was helped immediately, but the experience wasn't as friendly. I was sad to see that the Macon-Avo is no more.
Food tasted great, but too much sauce since the bun became quite soggy.
Overall, decent experience. I'd go back, because it's flame grilled!

Walked in to grab a burger. No one at the door to sanitize clients. Was turned back at the till .Was told to go back to the door and sanitize myself. The lady came from the back and didn't even greet me. There was no one in front.
My problem is greeting customers. How can you turn back a customer without even greeting. 1030hrs is still early to be tired maybe Monday blues .

Food was good the service was a bit lacking. The lack luster attitude of the staff was astounding, but found out that they overworked. I will give it another go and see if it's better.

I only order 2 large chips to go with my pizza from debonairs next door. Took about an hour to get my chips and they werent even busy. Only worse service that i got was next door at debonairs where i waited over 2 hours for 1 pizza which i ordered on the app for collection
