It's ok, only irish thing about it is the name, music is African not even in English language, not Irish (what I expected in Irish pub) food normal pub grub. Place was nice and clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Just not what I expected from an Irish pub. It's ok.

Will never go back to the Dubliner in Long ďStreet ....just 2 people having drinks and a pub snack we were surprised with a bill of R3k...we were ordering double Jameson and caught them out giving us singles ...when we questioned they tried to prove us wrong and poured the double into a tot ....and out of shame they started making excuses that the tot was bigger than not normal...avoid this place

This Irish pub has delicious food with generous portions. The staff is also very friendly. And there's live bands that play from time to time. It also looks wonderful inside.

Visited during the week with my brother, just the casual bar hopping. Was nice to see they have live band playing.. had a great time and then even took some requests.

Any chance this so called Irish pub in Cape Town might discontinue advertising a cocktail named ‘Car Bomb’? Those of us from Northern Ireland who experienced such events are not amused. Grow up for heaven’s sake.

Many a tale to tell of the good 'ol Dubliner. Classic bar food menu, cheap beer and the music is usually quite fun. Fits pretty much any type of night you're looking for.
