We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this lovely Bu0026B! Great location in a very nice neighborhood with a striking views of Table Mountain. Our room was nicely appointed, spacious u0026 clean and loved spending our late afternoons on the rooftop desk overlooking the city. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely plan to stay here on our next trip to Cape Town!

Other than the views from the roof top our stay was a huge disappointment we stayed in room 5 it was so small we had to keep our suitcases in the bathroom the windows in the room looked out onto a corridor which faced onto the door into the kitchen so we had to keep the blinds closed.I know it was a boutique hotel but to have to eat your breakfast off plastic table and chairs not very good. When we got to the hotel on the night it took a long time to get through the gates another guest opened them for us. The breakfast was just ok

Absolutely loved it here. Stuff are so helpful and friendly warm at heart. Overall cleanliness of the place if a 9/10 for me. The entrance at the gate was slightly difficult to find due to the fact that at night a lot of cars park in the driveway and main road. Otherwise nice safe parking in the yard-,could do with shades or car ports.

What a gem located in the heart of Cape Town. A beautiful historic house newly renovated with taste with the most exquisite views of Table mountain to signal hill. Roof top terrasse and pool as well as lovely breakfast. Warm and cozy. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the three boutique for the last few days of our South African trip, it was nestled right in the city just in the shadow of Table Mountain. They had breakfast for us on our schedule each morning and gave good advice for dining and hiking options.

This was a cute little hotel in a convenient location. It is not much to look at when pulling up to the gate, but inside it is actually an old 1800s house. The room was comfortable and the view was amazing! There was one day we did not have hot water to shower, but other than that no issues. You can walk downtown to some great restaurants and museums, but we found it easier to Uber most of the time. Alphina was the best host! From breakfast in the morning, to making up our room in the afternoon, and greeting us when we returned in the evening she always seemed to be there! She made our stay feel like home, thank you!

Absolutely beautiful! The view from the rooftop is a 360° of Devils Peak, Table Mountain, Lions Head and Signal Hill - it doesn't get better than that!
Rooms and property are in a very good condition and the breakfast is great. Staff very accommodating and helpful.
We especially enjoyed sitting on the rooftop terrace and by the lovely fireplace downstairs in the evenings.
