If you are wanting weight shedding instead of load ???? shedding lol, then Virgin Active Red gym Parklands is the place.

???? Seriously though, it's the only place I get to work from, where the lights are always on.

???????? By work I mean working my online Anti-ageing, health u0026 fitness Business, as well as gym workouts on the grid.
(That's the Virgin Red grid. Not the eskom grid of course.. ????)

???????? Great wifi. Great staff as well.

Good environment, just the basics no swimming pool or suana etc...most importantly there is no bench press machine... No flat, inclined or declined bench press bench ... Thats like the biggest muscle group there is the Smith machine although it's not enough for that muscle group...otherwise staff is friendly u0026 the gym is neat...

It's a good place to be with friendly staff however does not cater for people who comes with kids as it does not have kids care zone .

One of their trainers, Shane, is a star! He is empathetic, helpful and encouraging, an absolute gem! They are fortunate to have him !

Friendly staff and the environment is cool just needing for facilities like indoor swimming. Besides the place being small it is perfect for a good workout.

Very good gym with great equipment and friendly staff. The only issue I have is that the Air con doesn't always work, which makes it a bit uncomfortable when working out.
