God Bless, and the good people of this wonderful place. I hope you are keen to visit them because they offer great service and a wide range of products and expertise. I have always had the pleasure of receiving top tier service and am really moved to Mention the helpful young lady in the aquarium section.

I'll never buy from this shop again. The woman who assisted us on Sunday, 11 April 2021, helped us find a blue aquarium globe/light, and I decided to take it per the price it was marked at, R175. She then took it to the counter, and marked up the price by R120 to R295 – without saying a word. Since I bought several items, I only realised when I got home. Unethical and dishonest behaviour.

The gentleman behind the counter often gives the feeling that he is looking down on his customers... There are far friendlier and better stocked pet stores close by.

I came in on Friday 18th of June to buy so fish for my son ..only to notice that the lady at the back was coughing and sneezing already sweating. I guess mybe this is covid we already know .l literally told her not catch the fish because l was scared for myself and my child.the lady at the front was busy laughing on the phone she ddnt bother to check on her lady when l ask her is she oky. So today l went back to the shop to check if she is shes still there..l was heart broken to see her shaking and coughing so hard.l really like her because she taught me how to start up my fish tank.lf we've someone working for us let's appreciate them.if not feeling well let them get sick leave...l won't go back to the shop for 2 wks .am scared.lets check on our workers

I also agree with Faith .l also visit the pet shop today and the lady at the back she's not looking oky..she looks so stressed l think she going thru alot she needs a break .on a sad not she's really coughing and sneezing. I think covid is real .it's so sad that the boss at the front she letting her come to work in that state.
And the lady at the front she keeps on talking on the phone not assisting us...
