5 Stars from me! Stepping into the gym, you are always warmly welcomed with friendly smiles from the staff. Gym is neat, modern, and kept super clean. Sign up was very easy, quick and automated. I'm impressed!

Amazing gym. Amazing people. AND month to month payment instead of a contract which is a HUGE plus.

Gym/locker room gets a bit tight during rush hour but it’s really not a problem.

Justice for Nondu. Why is the gym not a safe space for women! On top your employee intimidates and causes secondary trauma to a young black women! What a shame of a gym!

Lovely gym but the lights need to be fixed, this impacts people who have photo sensitivity and while it might be a small inconvenience for some it could trigger those who have epilepsy
