The Godfather pizza sounds good but when it arrived, it smelt like dog food. The kind of cooked, warmed up smell that pets mince has. Plus it didn't arrive hot. The chips ordered were large. Though large isn't what I would call it. Plus those were even colder and more pasty than the pizza. It would be good to note the pizza tasted sour and coupled with the smell was very off putting. I'm a big fan of pizza and eat it all the time so this was especially disappointing. First time ordering wont be doing that again.

I have never had problems with the food here the main issue consistently for the past year since I’ve been ordering and collecting my meals is the poor customer service of the staff. I understand they probably tired and very under paid but they really need to brush up their people skills.

Also they assume I do not understand them when they speak Shona or Xhosa. I speak 5 of South Africa’s 11 official languages. I hear everything they say and it’s usually not flattering.

This branch have a Chicken burger special that I can recommend 100%. The friendly lady behind the counter told me the fisrt time, that I will return for the burgers, and so I did. Both times the burgers were warm and freshly made with fresh ingredients. I said goodbye to KFC. Thank you for the friendly service as well. Keep it up.

Ordered a pizza via uberEats in the Parklands branch then realised I forgot to choose a gluten-free option. The app says to contact the restaurant directly in such situations. I wanted her to contact the order so I could place a new one. She told me that I should contact Uber. (Both lying?) I explained that I cannot eat gluten as I have IBS. She told me it’s too late to change the order as it’s started already. So, if I’d been in-store, Is this how they’d have treated a customer? She didn’t even apologise and even had the nerve ti tell me that if they stop now, they’ll have wasted the cheese. I reminded her that this was a health issue. She didn’t care. I told her to cancel it and seeing as she didn’t want to waste cheese, she can eat it herself. Poor customer service. I’m recently post op with complications, and can’t cook for myself nor go pick up. Pathetic branch. Never again.

I have had many different pizza perfects before, this was by far the worst, olives were off, base and dough was raw and bland. Don't know if this is their regular quality or a bad batch. Ordered the maestro and sweet and sour chicken on the 3rd December.

EDIT: We were sent new pizzas by the owner that was much better for free.

Absolutely pathetic service. I ordered delivery on the app. I ordered at 6.40pm, it only arrived at 8.05pm. They made the wrong size pizza. Pizza arrived barely warm

Best take away pizza in town..
Easy to place an order on the phone for pick up and they have your details saved …
Pizzas are made well, generous toppings and good base… not too thick or too thin
Good service and consistent food every time …
