Totally disappointed by the rack of ribs we received for R149.00 total rip off. Ordered via Mr D and then to top it off we take it back to the restaurant ,the store team total disregard for us no greeting / acknowledgement , the manager takes her time to attend to us , when we explain our unhappiness she opens the box and said there's nothing wrong with it, this is their rack of ribs. Not interested in finding a solution or displaying customer service empathy. Please note we have left the rack of ribs at the restaurant and have asked that the franchisee owner Marius call us. We have logged a complaint with Mr D team.
