We expected more from the experience, the music was played super loud where you have to scream to each other and also only played african music which was not the romantic sun set champagne cruise we planned. Se requested diffenrent music and to turn it down 3 times but they just continued as they were. We will not return here...

We had a great boat ride. The service was really good and the ride was very informative. Would definately recommend their boat service to others.

Lovely experience with my friends on the boat in December. Breathtaking sunset and stunning waters. Champagne was lovely and crew we very funny

An amazing evening out! As we were standing in line to get on the EscapeCat I looked over at the Tigresse 2 next to us and not going to lie, I felt we might have chosen the wrong company. The other boat was larger, covered seats, row seating and it took off before us. Boy was I wrong! We had a wonderful time enjoying the sunset with a small group sitting right at the front of the boat, unobstructed views of the sunset, great and fun crew...and bonus wool blankets to keep us warm!

I hate to write a negative review, but I am not receiving any response to the emails I have sent and maybe this will elicit a response. I had to cancel my boat trip with this company due to international travel restrictions related to Omicron. I have been trying to get a refund since 27 November 2021, which I am entitled to according to their online purchase terms and conditions. At first I received email replies from the company regarding my request and suddenly I stopped getting any response from the company (I made sure to CC Peter, Farzana and Nonhlahla). I had a family member in South Africa call multiple times on my behalf and the company confirmed that I would receive a refund. I have not received a refund yet and no response to my last email sent on 31 January 2022. I have accepted that I will not be refunded and this review is to warn future customers.

The boat ride was awesome but the meal after was terrible at 4 quay we had to wait an hour for the cold food and only two choices on the menu
