The food was not great but it was good. Food was a bit spicy but not too much that you couldn't enjoy it. The chicken curry roti portion was quite small, expected a slightly bigger portion considering the price, and expected more and a creamier butter chicken sauce. The bunny chows were better but needed some more gravy, which is an option add-on to be paid for. They are available to order from on the Orderin app, if you are close enough for delivery. Hope to get even better food if I order again.

Completely unassuming little place.. as first time customers we were very impressed by the food.. flavoursome and decent portion size. We had the lamb bunny chow and while I was prepared to be critical of the "authentic Durban curry" label.. I can tell you that this is the real deal. Yeh Dosti has earned themselves a family of new customers and we can't wait to sample more from the menu.

Really good Durban Indian curry. Some of the best i the area. Really tasty food at good price.

Really, really poor, watery food. Little effort into making food more than meat in masala-flavored water. I have just made a video clip of the watery food. Will try to find a way of sharing it. Maybe twitter. You can basically go anywhere and say you’re providing Durban curry, and if people don’t know better they will accept is as authentic. Far away from, say, Capsicum at Britannia .... tried three different dishes over the past few months. Should know better.

As a Durban ex-pat that used to live on Jaipur Palace broad beans bunnies, this place didn't live up to expectations. The gravy is far too runny and should be more of a paste. Somewhat tasty but not Durban curry by a long shot. Good enough to keep you going though

A small yet flavour-packed menu in a shop with seating for 8 (although the owner says he's planning extensions to both the shop and the menu). The presentation is very plain, but the food is good value for money.
The curries are more Durban style than Cape Malay style.
