Well clean and well maintained or very new structure. Staff seamed friendly.

Until the day we decided to check out.after having only polite interaction with the staff. And asking if a longer term stay would be offered at a discount. We told the ladies the day before we would be out by 12 noon. Checkout is 11 or Slightly earlier.

Most establishment's are willing to help if notice is given. We were awaked at 9 and almost every 15 minutes until leaving in disgust at 11

Reasonably priced for a self catering guesthouses in Cape Town. However the advertisement is not what you get in reality. The kitchen is not what they advertised... That aside friendly peaple and save parking, perfect if you only need a place to sleep.

The landlord is a nice friendly person, the yard is highly secured, he just needs to make a designated smoking area away from the main entrance to the rooms.

Very friendly and flexible owners. You can park your car inside.
The room was perfectly clean. There was nothing to do better.
