I normally buy gas Shell Zoo Park and every time I have been there the staff is always so friendly and well informed regarding services and products including the rewards card.
Hats off to you all especially Simba ????. Simba is always smiling, sincere and authentic. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ????

I always fill up here as the staff are extremely friendly and forthcoming. They never miss a beat to sell all the services as well as whatever may be on special in the shop. Forecourt is neat and clean, consistency definitely pays off, keep it up!

I have been going to this Shell garage for years. The people working there are amazing. They always smiling and ready to greet you with "Welcome to Shell, how can I help you?" There service is very quick, but they make you feel like a special customer, everytime.

Couldn't process my V card transaction and had to pay by card. Made me feel like I was going to drive away with R200 worth of fuel.

The night staff are much more courteous.

How do you give a petrol service station 5 stars? By consistently receiving 5 star service from the fore court attendees. They are always friendly, collecting your rubbish and offering specials in the store. At. Every. Single. Visit!
