Had an account that i closed +- 4 years ago, before covit 19. In the mean time my account has reopened and the membership costs pilling up in secret.

Till i got a phone call from Shabir Shaik and associates tell me I'm behind R3500. That means I've been at the Gym through lock down! Easy to sign up, very difficult to leave!

Your basic gym equipments but the cardio machines are out of sync.

I usually gym at Willowbridge but decided to gym at kraaifontein as its closer to home.

Tried reporting the machines to someone at the gym and was referred to report the matter to the personal trainer, spoke to the personal trainer and was advised that they do not deal with the equipments.

So who am I supposed to report these things to?

The aircon is either off in the mornings or not on at all.

The standard dropped and it's not the same as the other zone fitness.

Well maintained changing rooms, polite staff always ready to welcome and bid farewell to the members. Variety of equipment to chose from to work on all areas of the body. Offer group classes for the step class. Ample parking and is convenient to do your shopping from Spar, clicks and other which are also located in the same area.

This is a good gym at a good price. Also located quite centrally and close to spar which is very convenient.

Zone Fitness Kraaifontein is a gem of a place. If you're into cardio, you're sorted. If you're into weights, you're also sorted.
