Chicken was horrible and dry and cold when delivered not ON!!!!!!there is 100 of places where you can buy good guality chicken but I would advise don't buy there

Barcelos I am appalled by the service I got from your Sunnyside branch, I don't think it's possible for an outlet not to be able to change an order or cancel. You should train your managers to treat customers fairly and also address them with respect. I am not for "customer is always right" but today I was attacked by the said "manager" who could not even give me his name or even show me his name tag for simply wanting to change an order I had just made, I asked for the order to be canceled and your manager simply told me there isn't anything he can do and walked out on me.

Had a terrible experience at barcelos in benoni town, Howard Avenue on 28th November 2020.I ordered 12 meals and requested breast pieces for most of them, the staff did not help and refused to give me breast pieces..we landed up having a argument because I was paying for my meals and was being refused to get the pieces I want. That is totally not acceptable and I was forced to then canceled my order.i will never support barcelos again because of that horrible experience and will take my business elsewhere in future too.

Usually order Chicken from Mall @Reds Branch - good food !
Tonight - 29/11/19 - Ordered from Grey Owl Branch
Will never order again!! - Chicken - tasteless - no Marinade - dry
Chips - oily - Rice - Smells like rotten vegetables !!! Had to throw away! Bad Take -Away experience!! No wonder they closed down a while ago. Staff not very customer friendly.

Barcelos Kyalami. Service is pathetic. Seated in and want to charge for butter R3 a roll. Chicken was dry and not enough sauce. Not sure if change of owner. A year back I visited the store owners were in. The service was then exceptional. I wouldnt recommend supporting this store any more. Rather support Nando's.

Barcelos is gone pathetic. Not sure how your cheap restaurant is still in existence? Absolutely shocking customer service at Barcelos kyalami. Thats why Nandos expanded and your restaurant is closing down in most places.

Wow again we order chicken for dinner like the last tumps up special from jean avenue barcelos the last time we never complained we thought it was I mistake this time again the chicken is old you can taste it was pre cooked a while ago and the skin was Soo dry and horrible your food is not cheap yet you taxi rank food is even better if you want to save money do it in other ways not when it lowers your brand sees man and my wife wanted to surprise me with dinner since she was not with me I have to say the worst dinner
