Just ordered food via Uber eats from Spur on 119 Marie Rd, Monavoni Ah, Centurion, 0157, South Africa, Shop 123, GP 0157 and this is what I got. The onion rings are burnt and oily. What a terrible service

The atmosphere was nice and the employees were fantastic but your gonna have to wait a while for your food

I hosted my son's 7th Birthday there. The staff was welcoming and very helpful in the process. Although I think they are a bit short staffed. However the food, drinks and services was good .

I've been going to this spur for a long time. In recent weeks, more regularly than before. I've had one or two incidents where the food was sub-par, but then when I brought it to the manager's attention, it was resolved immediately, which is great. I would give 5 stars if it was about just food and service, the restaurant isn't bad, but there is one problem. Their audio control is absurd. Whenever there is a birthday (or, heaven forbid, more than one), you're in for some auditory devastation. They ramp the volume up so high that you can hear the birthday song from several shops away, loudly. I bet I could hear it in my car if I was sitting in the parking lot. I intend to inform the manager and see what happens. I shall update my review as soon as that is done. At this stage, I shall be going to a different Spur or possibly a different restaurant altogether instead when I want to go out. This has ruined the experience. It has upset me to the point that I think 2 stars is a lot. Note: covering your ears with your hands doesn't even reduce the noise to the point where it doesn't hurt.
Edit: I have since returned to this spur unprompted and to my delight, the birthday song volume seems to have been reduced to a reasonable level. It is still loud and all that, but not to the point that it is actually painful to listen to. Thus, my rating can become 5 stars and I can recommend this spur. Excellent work!

The service was good, can't take that away from them, however, for the second time I have had to complain about my food/drink. First it was the passion and lemonade drink with a bad aftertaste and now it was the ribs and milkshake again with a terrible aftertaste. Both times we told the waiters and they said they will let the kitchen know for future. That was it. I like this place, it's quite and I can work. But am now very reluctant to come back here again other than just to get a cappuccino and work

Spur Forest hill poor costomer service. My wings were dry and my waiter Patricia was no where to be found. I got the wings changed by other waiter. Then after eating I want my bill, Patricia is no where, I had to go pay at the till. Cherry on top I complained 2 the manager and he took my number and said he will, till to date no call????
