01/05/19 - visited once more and same kind of experience as below. Waitress too slow and how can they offer sauces in cheapie looking tubs instead of ceramic bowls ? That's low standards ...

Service was not too good. Waiter yapping to other customers even after we were asking for the bill.

Only one coffee was ordered and enjoyed.so in this regard I can't really rate a complete experience.

2017-09-26 Good service and a breakfast to match as can be expected from any Mugg u0026 Bean restaurant. They even served my breakfast before official opening time in the morning. Credence's (waiter) friendly service was heartwarming. Well done and keep it up Mu0026B team.

2017-09-27 Yet another good experience with with great food and service to match from waiter "Nomore".

2017-10-02 My week's stay has come to an end with another great breakfast. Thanks Credence and Nomore for your excellent service. Way to go Mu0026B team. You are my first choice wherever I go 'cause you understand the formula.

Friendly service patient staff, delicious food we tried their mac n cheese, pepermint crisp cake devine.

Nice, clean coffeshop with friendly staff. Good coffee.
I asked for freshly baked but then received a muffin that was warmed in a microwave and thus soggy and sticky. Warm milk jug too hot to hold and burned fingers. Coffee mug does not fit in saucer.

Worst food in my whole life from a Franchise with a good reputation like mug and been... ????. Got chicken strips on a big plate .. just that not even a piece of salad leave or small tomato. My sister got nachos just plate of dry nacho chips with little bit if melted cheese on the very top rest of plate just dry chips.. my conclusion .. Will never eat there again.???? unfortunately did not take pics.

Been to many Muggu0026 Bean throughout SA this particular Mugg and Bean will not see me again had sunday breakfast there the service was good but the food was a joke my wife orders a toasted sandwich back bacon feta and mozzarella and avo hardly any feta or mozzarella on the sandwich I bought this to the managers attention. The manager only said he would look into it.

Always love going to Mugg and Bean . Food never disappoints me. Service is always great and the staff is very friendly. They are always innovative with their food so the menu changes every now and then. Their healthier meals are the best!
