Relaxing and bird life, was here again a few weeks ago. They have lost their touch. Our order was was wrong, a different waiter brought it out, did not bother to check with us that this was our actual order. I had just come from work, and was starving. We also waited very long for our food, so we decided to eat the very dry toasted sandwiches. When the original waiter appeared with our bill, we explained our dissatisfaction. She just blamed the kitchen staff and the waiter who brought out the order. We did not tip any of the staff, a tip is a privilege, for good service and / or food. She made it known to everyone we did not tip her. Attention to detail is very important. We like supporting local businesses, but this just made us realize at a franchise it is a lot better.
