What in the world is this you guys are serving nowadays or you saving up on sauces now disappointing and this not the first I hve this problem with the lyttelton macdonalds

While we were inside McDonald's sitting at the table enjoying ourselves a begger walked in through the front entrance, pass all the furniture, all the way to the back (near the playpin area) to beg us for stuff. I was astonished at the audacity and the poor security of this McDonald's. It took us a whole minute to get rid of him. It's one thing if this happens outside, but another if it happens inside and not a single security guard were on site, nor did any staff member bat an eye lid. He could have even snatched valuables or even a kid (if the playpin was open). What an unloveable experience. First, I found the whole new "touch screen ordering system" very unpersonal, then we get harassed inside the building by a stranger. I have never! And I will never again!

The staff there are awesome. Extremely helpful and you can see the food being made so it's made with care and speed.

If you want to have great experience drive thru otherwise prepare to get upset.

Drive-Thru was a bit slow that morning, I got a Hazelnut coffee(couldn't taste the hazelnut for the life of me), my burger(BigMac) was good. They mixed up orders twice in front of me which increased the convoy

Tried using the self-help kiosk but option for muffins as unavailable, went to the counter to order and was told in a very rude tone to use the kiosk, explained the situation and was eventually helped reluctantly. Took around 30 minutes to make 3 coffees and pack (already prepared) muffins. Asked for Blueberry muffins and got chocolate chip, when I queried I was asked "oh you want to change them?" then recieved food items just thrown into a bag.

Tip: stick to the drive-thru here. Never had an issue using the drive-thru previously. Seems priority goes to drive-thru orders as well.

The service from the staff wasn't so nice.I was having trouble placing my order at the self service machine,I communicated it to the waiter that was standing at the door but I feel like she did not do enough to assist me in placing my order.The other waiters were sitting down doing god knows what,they were well aware that I am having trouble placing my order but they also did nothing to assist.The only question I was asked was "do you have the mc' Donald's app" I said no and they carried on with life.I did not feel like a valued client.
